As a general rule I don’t simply present videos, but I think this speech delivered by Steve Bannon reveals so much about how our present day western world has arrived at the form it is currently in, that I think it is justified.
Steve is a man who understands how ordinary people feel, and think because he has a genuine background in the real world, he speaks of his Irish Catholic origins.
Whatever your political leanings, I think you will find this speech valuable, even if only to provide an insight about the mechanics of ‘Populism’, and the resurgence of work class values in today’s democracies.
These values which have been largely scoffed at and ignored by the middle class and elite groups in western countries over the past 20 years or so, are now looking fresh and very sane to many people.
The rise of populism is not just a flash in the pan, it is a strong return to national identity, and appreciation for the native cultures of western countries is a definite response to the enforced multiculturalism being imposed on ordinary working people in the U.K, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand; they are told they are being ‘xenophobic, Islamophobic, Racist, Deplorable and backward’ in turn by the ‘progressive’ and Marxist educated political classes.
Security of jobs, ability to save, the basic life outcomes for ordinary people is being threatened through promiscuous immigration policies, invalid claims of refugee status for largely able-male claimants. The list goes on, Steve expresses what so many people are feeling, and he gives form to the disenfranchisement of millions of people.
